Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, and chopped parsley.
Brush the herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
