  • Eggs300 g
  • Chicken200 g
  • Olive Oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Onion, finely chopped0.25 cup
  • Garam masala1 tsp
  • Heavy Whipping Cream0.25 cup
  • Salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

    Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and plunge into ice water. Puree the spinach in a blender until smooth.

    Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the cheese cubes and fry until lightly golden on all sides, then remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add the onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.

    Stir in the garam masala and cook for 30 seconds. Add the spinach puree and salt, bringing to a simmer.

    Stir in the heavy cream and fried cheese cubes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat before serving.
