  • Chicken (boneless, cubed)300 g
  • Heavy Whipping Cream2 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced)1 tbsp
  • Onion (finely chopped)(optional)2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala1 tsp
  • Chili powder0.5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder0.25 tsp
  • Salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, garlic, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and salt to create the marinade.

    Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

    Add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until browned, then flip.
