  • Chicken breast or thighs, cubed600 g
  • Kirkland signature organic whole cashews50 g
  • Heavy Whipping Cream100 ml
  • Onion, finely chopped0.5 medium
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Olive Oil2 tbsp
  • Ground cardamom1 tsp
  • Garam masala1 tsp

Instructions

    Soak the cashews in warm water for 15 minutes, then blend with a splash of water until a smooth paste forms.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and golden.
