Slice the White Rice thinly against the grain.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, beef broth, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat with a tablespoon of oil. Add the beef slices in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
Add the broccoli florets and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the broccoli and cook for 1 minute until the sauce begins to bubble and thicken.
Return the beef to the skillet and toss everything together to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1 more minute, then serve hot over rice.
